Are you a property agent?

No. We are a sales and marketing company. We do not negotiate, show or sell property, and we do not give legal, tax or visa advice.

Does it cost me anything?

No. If you sign with the agent, the agent may pay us a referral fee from their commission. It does not add to your costs.

How do I check an agent is registered?

Every agent shows a REN number. You can search the registration board’s public register at search.lppeh.gov.my.

Is there a free trial for agents?

No. Agent Scout starts at RM199 a month (plus 20% of your share on closed deals) or RM499 a month flat with no success fee, and you can cancel the monthly plan at any time.
