3. Products and Purchases

Own products (compliance guides, SME Go Digital Lite, Business Health Review) are sold directly through this platform via WooCommerce and Stripe. PDF guides are delivered digitally and are generally non-refundable once downloaded. If you experience a technical issue preventing download, contact us within 48 hours.

Cross-platform products (PickleballSEA, MoneyKH/Gumroad, ThriveOnz360) are fulfilled by their respective platforms under their own terms and conditions. ThriveBizAsia acts as a discovery layer only for these products.

Shopee affiliate links direct you to Shopee’s platform where purchases are governed by Shopee’s terms. ThriveBizAsia earns a commission at no extra cost to you.

Warranty terms are as provided by the respective manufacturers. Delivery is island-wide within Singapore only. Payment disputes must be raised within 7 days of delivery. Zym Mobile products and services are governed by Zym Mobile’s own terms and conditions.
