One seeker, one agent
Each enquiry is matched by area and language and goes to one agent. We do not blast a list and we do not sell the same enquiry twice.
Your own profile page
Your name, REN number, areas, languages and a WhatsApp button, on a page you keep whichever firm or portal you work with next.
An assistant that screens first
Seekers ask questions in English, Chinese or Malay, and the assistant collects the brief before you spend any time.
A monthly report
Enquiries sent and the status of each (contacted, viewing, offer, closed), so you can weigh what the plan costs against what it produces.

Your commission
Plan B: we take nothing from it. Plan A: 20% of your own share of the commission, only when a deal closes and you have been paid. Never a percentage of the rent or the sale price.
Your freedom
No exclusivity and no lock-in. Cancel the monthly plan any time.
Your data
A seeker’s details reach you only with their consent. Your own phone number is never published. Seekers reach you only through the WhatsApp hand-off.

Buy online in a few minutes by card or bank transfer. You enter your REN number and firm at checkout.

We verify

We check your REN on the public register. If we cannot verify it, we refund you in full. For Plan A we also send a one-line acknowledgment for your principal to sign.

Go live

Your profile goes live within 5 working days of payment and enquiries reach you on WhatsApp.

Straight answers.

Where do the enquiries come from?
Our own marketing: social media ads, expat communities and this website, where seekers answer a short brief and give consent. We do not buy or resell data lists.
How many enquiries will I get?
We cannot promise a number. It depends on demand for your area and language, and we do not guarantee leads or deals. You get a monthly report so you can judge it with real numbers.
Is an enquiry sent to several agents?
No. Each enquiry is matched to one agent by area and language. Where two agents fit equally, enquiries rotate.
What exactly is the 20% (Plan A)?
20% of your own share of the commission on a deal that closes from one of our lead IDs. It is not a percentage of the rent or the sale price and not of your firm’s total. It is due only after you have been paid, and within 14 days of that.
Does my principal need to approve?
Plan A: yes, one written line, because the fee is paid out of commission. Plan B: you pay for a marketing service yourself, so there is nothing to share. Check your firm’s own rules on advertising.
Why pay for this when portals exist?
Portals sell visibility to everyone. We send a prepared brief from a named seeker, with consent, to one matched agent. Many agents use both.
Can I cancel?
The monthly plan stops at the end of the paid month. A yearly plan is paid for 12 months and is not renewed unless you renew it. Once your registration is verified, all fees are non-refundable, so please be sure before you pay. The only exception is a failed registration check, which is refunded in full. On Plan A, the 20% still applies to deals already in progress from our leads.
Do you check that I am registered?
Yes. You enter your REN at checkout and we verify it on the public register before your profile goes live. If we cannot verify it, we refund you in full. Only registered agents are accepted.
Who do I contract with?
Agent Scout is operated by ThriveOnz Group UK Ltd (company number 16837242, registered in England and Wales, registered office 86-90 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NE). Invoices are issued in Malaysian ringgit by that company.
Are you an agent?
No. ThriveBizAsia is a sales and marketing company. We do not negotiate, show or sell property, and we never contact your client after the hand-off.
