It connects SME founders and business owners with digital products (compliance guides, SaaS plans), business solutions (44+ curated tools via ThriveOnz360), and partner products (pickleball gear, Cambodia finance guides). Everything is in one platform with AI-powered discovery. Which countries does TBA cover? Currently Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines, Cambodia, and the United Kingdom. Each market has country-specific products and advice — we do not repackage generic content across markets. Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, and Laos compliance guides are in development. Who operates ThriveBizAsia? ThriveBizAsia is operated by ThriveOnz Group — registered in Singapore (Thrive Ventures Consulting Pte. Ltd.) and the United Kingdom. The group has been operating across Southeast Asia since 2018 and runs five platforms: ThriveBizAsia, PickleballSEA, MoneyKH, ThriveOnz360, and PritamDT.com. Is ThriveBizAsia free to use? Browsing the platform, reading articles, using the AI Guide Finder, and downloading the UK SME SaaS Report are all free — no account or email required. Individual products (compliance guides, SME plans, Cambodia finance guides, UK packs) are paid. Prices are set at SME-accessible levels starting from RM 129. Why do some products route to other websites? ThriveBizAsia is a discovery and commerce platform. Own products (compliance guides, SME Go Digital Lite) are purchased directly here via WooCommerce. Cross-platform products are fulfilled by their home platforms: pickleball gear by PickleballSEA.com, Cambodia finance guides by MoneyKH via Gumroad, and UK compliance guides by ThriveOnz360. This is clearly labelled on every product card. How do I contact ThriveOnz Group? Via the Contact page. We respond to all enquiries within 1 business day. Singapore and UK entities handle different enquiry types — the contact page routes you to the right team automatically.

What products does TBA sell directly? All payments are processed by Stripe. PDF guides are delivered instantly after payment. What are the Shopee affiliate products? TBA curates and links to SME productivity tools on Shopee Malaysia, Shopee Singapore, and Shopee Philippines — ergonomic chairs, ring lights, standing desks, label printers, webcams and more. These are affiliate links: clicking takes you to Shopee where you purchase directly. TBA earns a small commission at no extra cost to you. Commission never influences which products are recommended. How do I buy pickleball products? Pickleball products are sold and fulfilled by PickleballSEA.com. Clicking any PBSEA product on TBA takes you directly to the PickleballSEA shop. How do I buy Cambodia finance products? Cambodia Money Minute is free — subscribe at moneykh.com. RielSmart Monthly Guide ($4/month) is purchased via Gumroad. RielSmart Premium ($15/month) is managed through MoneyKH. All Cambodia finance products are published by MoneyKH — TBA links to them as a discovery platform. How do I buy UK compliance products? Are the compliance guides legal advice? No. All guides are independent research resources based on official government sources — LHDN (Malaysia), ACRA/IRAS (Singapore), BIR (Philippines), Companies House/HMRC (UK). They are written in plain English for business owners, not lawyers. Always verify your specific situation with a licensed professional. Official source links are included throughout every guide. Does the Malaysia e-Invoice Pack apply to my business? Phase 3 (mandatory for all businesses regardless of annual turnover) went live 1 July 2025. If you operate any registered business in Malaysia, you are almost certainly in scope. The guide includes an eligibility checker covering all business types. Penalties range from RM 200 to RM 50,000 per invoice. Use the AI Guide Finder if you are unsure. Does the UK MTD Pack apply to me? Making Tax Digital for Income Tax (MTD ITSA) went live 6 April 2026. It applies to sole traders and landlords with gross income over £50,000. The first quarterly submission deadline is 7 August 2026. The threshold is gross income — not profit. If you are unsure, ask the AI Guide Finder — it will tell you within 60 seconds. Can a Malaysian set up a UK company? Yes. You do not need to be a UK resident. The UK Company Setup Pack (£99) covers the full process for overseas directors — including ECCTA mandatory identity verification (November 2025), Companies House registration, business banking via Wise or Airwallex, and HMRC registration. Foreign resident director options are covered in full. How current are the guides? All guides are updated when material regulatory changes occur. The Malaysia e-Invoice Pack reflects the July 2025 Phase 3 rules. The UK MTD Pack reflects the April 2026 live rollout and August 2026 deadline. The UK Company Setup Pack reflects the February 2026 Companies House fee increase (£100) and November 2025 ECCTA changes. Publication dates are shown on each product page. My country isn’t listed. Are more guides coming? Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia, and Laos compliance guides are in development. What AI tools does TBA have? Two: the Platform AI (on the homepage — answers questions about any product, solution, or market across the platform) and the AI Compliance Guide Finder (at /guide-finder/ — identifies your specific compliance obligations and recommends the right guide). Both are powered by Claude (Anthropic). Both are free to use with no email or account required. Is the AI free? Yes. Both AI tools are completely free — no login, no email, no subscription. There is a rate limit of 50 requests per hour per IP address to prevent abuse. If you hit this limit, wait an hour and try again. The guides the AI recommends are paid products, but the AI conversation itself costs you nothing. What can the Platform AI answer? Anything about the TBA platform — products, pricing, eligibility, markets, business solutions, Cambodia finance, UK compliance, pickleball gear, and SEA business questions. It knows every product and solution on the platform. Ask it in plain English — or Malay, Tagalog, or Khmer if you prefer. It adapts to your language. Does the AI give legal or tax advice? No. The AI provides information and product recommendations — it does not give professional legal, tax, or financial advice. It will always flag when a question requires a licensed professional. Think of it as a knowledgeable starting point, not a substitute for a lawyer or accountant. Who powers the AI? Both AI tools run on Claude by Anthropic — one of the leading AI models globally. The models are accessed via Anthropic’s API and run on TBA’s own WordPress plugin infrastructure. Conversations are not stored by TBA between sessions. The platform AI badge on the homepage and footer shows the live status of the AI connection.

What is the SME Go Digital Lite plan? A fully managed digital growth service for SEA SMEs — including a one-page website, weekly social media promotion, inbound lead setup, and a featured listing on TBA. Two plans: Partner Growth (USD 59/month + commission on sales) and Fixed Growth (USD 149/month, no commission). Both require a one-time USD 99 setup fee. No lock-in. Cancel anytime. See the full Pricing page. What is the difference between Partner and Fixed plans? Partner Growth (USD 59/month) charges a commission on sales generated — the rate is agreed upfront and transparently before you go live. Fixed Growth (USD 149/month) has no commission ever — you pay a flat monthly fee regardless of sales. Same features on both plans. Choose Partner if you want the lowest monthly cost; choose Fixed if you want predictable P&L with zero commission. Is there a contract or lock-in? No. Both SME Go Digital Lite plans are month-to-month. Cancel anytime, for any reason, with no fees and no minimum period. Your subscription simply stops at the end of the current billing month. You can also switch between Partner and Fixed plans at any time — contact us and we’ll process it for your next billing cycle. Are the compliance guide prices one-time? Yes. Malaysia e-Invoice Pack (RM 129), Singapore Formation Pack (SGD 69), Philippines BIR Pack (PHP 999), UK MTD Pack (£49), UK Company Setup Pack (£99), and UK Tech Stack Review (£49) are all one-time purchases. No subscription. No renewal. You receive the PDF immediately after payment and keep it permanently.

Pricing & Plans
How is payment processed? All TBA own product payments are processed by Stripe in live mode. Stripe supports credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayNow (Singapore). Your card details are never stored by ThriveOnz Group — Stripe handles all card data securely. You will receive a Stripe receipt immediately after payment. When do I receive my PDF guide? Instantly. PDF guides (Malaysia e-Invoice Pack, Singapore Formation Pack, Philippines BIR Pack) are delivered automatically via WooCommerce email immediately after payment is confirmed. Check your spam folder if you do not receive it within 5 minutes. If you still have not received it, contact us and we will resend. Can I get a refund? Digital products (PDF guides) are generally non-refundable once downloaded, as the content is immediately accessible. If you purchased the wrong guide or encountered a technical issue preventing download, contact us within 48 hours and we will review your case. SME Go Digital Lite subscriptions can be cancelled anytime — no refund is issued for the current billing month already paid. What currencies are supported? TBA supports multi-currency checkout via the CURCY plugin. Malaysian products are priced in MYR, Singapore products in SGD, Philippines products in PHP, UK products in GBP, and global products in USD. Currency can be switched in the bottom-right corner of the site. Exchange rates are updated automatically. I can’t access my purchased PDF. What do I do? First, check the email address you used at checkout — the download link is sent there. Also check your spam/junk folder. If the link has expired (download links expire after 7 days), contact us with your order number and we will issue a new download link immediately. Your purchase is permanently on record. Are Shopee affiliate links safe? Yes. All Shopee affiliate links on TBA point to official Shopee Mall or verified seller listings. Clicking takes you to Shopee’s platform where you complete your purchase under Shopee’s own buyer protection policies. TBA earns a small commission — this never affects the price you pay or which products are recommended.
