Are you a property agent?
No. We are a sales and marketing company. We do not negotiate, show or sell property, and we do not give legal, tax or visa advice. We introduce you to registered agents who do.
Does it cost me anything?
No. If you sign with the agent, the agent may pay us a referral fee from their commission. It does not add to your costs.
How is my data used?
Only with your consent, to share your request with the matched agent. See our Privacy Policy. You can ask us to delete it.
What about MM2H?
MM2H applications must be submitted through a company licensed by Malaysia’s tourism ministry (MOTAC). We are not that company. Tell us you are interested and we will note it, and check the official requirements at mm2h.gov.my, as conditions change.
How do I check an agent is registered?
Every agent shows a REN number. You can search the registration board’s public register at search.lppeh.gov.my.
Can I choose a different agent?
Yes. Tell us and we will review your request.
